Held on August 22, 2026, in collaboration with the Kelowna International Airport and the KF Centre for Excellence, the Kelowna Flying Club Wings & Wheels event drew its largest attendance to date, featuring classic cars, aircraft, helicopters, food and refreshments, exhibitors, and live music. Now in its third year, the event honoured Ariel Tyk, whose vision inspired the show. Club organizers announced that future events will be named the Kelowna Flying Club Ariel Tyk Memorial Wings & Wheels show and marked the occasion with a presentation to the family who also volunteered at the event.
